WisePick is an AI-powered product comparison platform that helps you make smarter purchasing decisions. Instead of spending hours reading reviews across dozens of websites, simply tell us what you want to compare — and our AI does the research for you.

How WisePick works

When you submit a comparison, WisePick uses Claude AI with real-time web search to gather the latest specifications, expert reviews, user feedback, and pricing data for each product. The AI then synthesizes this information into a structured, side-by-side analysis — scoring each product across multiple relevant dimensions, identifying key trade-offs, and recommending the best option for different types of users.

Every comparison is generated fresh from live web data, not from a static database. This means you always get the most current information available, including the latest product releases, pricing changes, and newly published reviews.

Our methodology

Each comparison evaluates products across 5–7 scoring dimensions chosen to be the most relevant for that product category. For example, a smartphone comparison might score Display Quality, Camera Performance, Battery Life, Processing Power, and Value for Money — while a laptop comparison would emphasize Portability, Keyboard Quality, and Thermal Management.

Scores (on a 1–10 scale) are derived from a synthesis of professional review benchmarks, published specification data, and aggregated user sentiment from major review platforms. The AI cross-references multiple sources to minimize bias from any single reviewer or outlet. Where data is limited (e.g., for unreleased products), the comparison clearly notes that analysis is based on leaked specifications or manufacturer claims rather than independent testing.

Data freshness & transparency

Every comparison is generated using real-time web search, so you always get the most current pricing, reviews, and product information. Comparisons are cached for 30 days to keep things fast — if you need a fresh comparison, just add a small variation to your query. Each comparison page displays the date it was generated, so you can judge how current the information is.
